I have reverted your edit at Protestant Reformation. Wikivoyage does not use American spelling exclusively. In general, we use the system of spelling most prevalent for the country. For European Union countries, that mean UK spelling. For Canadian articles, that means Canadian spelling. Australian spelling for Australian articles. For US articles, and non-EU countries that don't use English as a native tongue, we generally us American spelling.
