Hi My friend,
I have no idea what you are going on about Tout, I certainly am not a tout, i came across this page and i use it now to find some of the best places to stay, so i thought that i would, as i travel add any sites that i stay at, thats all! if im not allowed to do this then fine i wont be contributing to the site no more.

Just read it. The page has guidelines that everyone must follow. Asking you to read it doesn't imply anything about you except that your edit wasn't in keeping with its guidelines.
