Hello, JaggaDaaku! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub. New users are also welcome to post any questions or concerns to the arrivals lounge. If you want some practice editing, please do so on our graffiti wall. If you are familiar with Wikipedia, take a look over some of the differences here. If you want to contribute with information about the place where you live, see Wikivoyage:Welcome, locals.

Thanks for your contribution, but individuals do not unilaterally change article names on this site. So far, there has been no consensus that Prayagraj is the most common English-language name for the city formerly known as Allahabad, so we have not changed the name per Wikivoyage:Naming conventions. If you think that is in fact the most common English-language name now, make an argument at Talk:Allahabad and try to convince a consensus. Thanks, and I'll see you there. Ikan Kekek You reverted my edit. Please have a look at this w:Talk:Prayagraj. A consensus was already raised there. And the conclusion was to move the page to Prayagraj. JaggaDaaku (talk) 05:45, 26 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
I saw that in the interim, but we do not follow Wikipedia without a discussion. Please take part in the current discussion at Talk:Allahabad. Thanks. Ikan Kekek (talk) 06:04, 26 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Faizabad

[edit]

Never make unilateral page moves. If you want Wikivoyage to change an article name, start a thread on the article's talk page. Ikan Kekek (talk) 17:55, 4 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
