Thanks a lot for your edits to the Mexico City article! Your attempt to change the pagebanner didn't work, though, because the procedure to make that change is more complicated than just putting up a thumbnail. But where there's an existing pagebanner, it's the general practice to propose a change on the article's talk page, so please propose your change on Talk:Mexico City. But first, if you don't know about the required dimensions of a pagebanner, have a look at WV:Banner expedition#How do I help?.
