Please also look at Welcome, tourism professionals and external links. Your site doesn't look like an official governmental organization, but if it is, you should create a listing in the "Understand" section of Vung Tau, including information about the physical tourism office. If there's no physical tourism office, I think that also means your site can't be listed, but you can always make an argument at Vung Tau after you read External links#What not to link to.
