Hello and welcome! I noticed you posted a criticism of the text of "Stay safe" in Bogotá/La Candelaria. Since the article is not a discussion thread (that would be Talk:Bogotá/La Candelaria), you can't do that. Instead, you can simply plunge forward and edit out whatever you know is inaccurate, replacing it with accurate information. Also, feel free to post about your disagreement with the text in Talk:Bogotá/La Candelaria, if you feel like your edits might be controversial (I haven't visited Bogotá, but my guess is that your edits, which will be based on real-time information, probably won't be controversial, as long as they seem sensible to readers).
Meanwhile, while I have you, you may want to check out Wikivoyage's tips for new contributors page, which is full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page.
