Regarding the Wikivoyage approach to political disputes you might want to read WV:Be fair; in a nutshell: We don't care about the details of the political dispute and only report on the reality on the ground insofar as it impacts the traveler. So if country A, country B and country C all declare each other evil things and all claim jurisdiction over territory X, we will calmly inform our readers which permits are needed to access which parts of territory X and otherwise wash our hands of it.
