Add topicHello Iago83! Welcome to Wikivoyage.
To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page.
If you are a Wikipedian then you may notice some differences in policies and the style of our articles. These include:
- NPOV → be fair (not quite the same thing!)
- be bold → plunge forward
- Village pump → travellers' pub
- External links → We do not use a separate external links section, but incorporate primary links only into the text itself.
- sandbox → graffiti wall
- stub tagging → Article status
It may also be very useful for you to check out Wikivoyage:Welcome, Wikipedians. If you need help, take a look at Wikivoyage:Help, or else post a message in the travellers' pub or on my talk page. Thanks for contributing!
Unfortunately, I've had to revert your edit to Brazil. As a site focusing on travel content, we try to keep our history sections short and to-the-point, especially for country pages - there's so much to write about a country's history, after all. While such text would be appropriate for Wikipedia, we try to include only that information which directly helps the traveler in one way or another.

Minor edits?
[edit]Hi, Iago83. Thanks for your edits, but why are you labeling them all minor? Please stop doing that. Whenever you make a substantive edit, it's not minor. Minor edits are to correct typos and the like. Thanks. Ikan Kekek (talk) 23:35, 11 January 2020 (UTC)
Edit summaries
[edit]Hello and thanks for editing the article about Brazil, but please type something in the "Summary" box when it's not obvious why you made an edit. For example, you didn't make clear why you deleted "Brazil hosted the first gay ball in America in 1754". Ikan Kekek (talk) 21:34, 13 May 2021 (UTC)
