I moved your article about PingYang to PingYang, because the Wikivoyage: space is reserved for policy and guideline pages.
What region is it in? We need to give it an "IsPartOf" so that it is part of the Wikivoyage:Breadcrumb navigation on this site. I know that's confusing at first, but if you look at the China article, see how each big region is linked from it, etc. For example, look at the upper left of the Northwest China article. Above the article title, you can see Asia > East Asia > China > Northwest China. That is called the breadcrumb trail. If you look at a city article, for example, Dunhuang, you will see Asia > East Asia > China > Northwest China > Gansu > Dunhuang on the upper left. All of that appears because "IsPartOf|Gansu" is at the bottom of the article, visible only in edit mode. Does any of that make sense? Let me know if you have any questions.
All the best,
