Brandon is a town in Southern Vermont with a population of 4,000 people. The town is known for its vibrant arts scene, including several well known artists who reside there.

Route 7 runs north-south and serves as the main road through town. Route 73 runs east-west.

  • Moosalamoo National Recreation Area. Part of the Green Mountain National Forest, the recreation area offers hiking, camping, swimming, berry picking, and a host of other outdoor activities for visitors to enjoy.





  • Brandon Inn, 20 Park St., toll-free: +1 800-639-8685. Located in the center of town and across from the village green, the family-owned inn is full of Vermont charm. The inn has been operating since 1786 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
