• 1 Crystal Cathedral, 13280 Chapman Ave (Near the 5, 22, and 57 freeways.), ☏ +1 714 489-6100. home to the huge congregation built by the persistently up-beat Rev. Robert Schuller. An impressive building: as the name implies, made almost entirely of glass.This towering edifice of glass, designed by noted architect Philip Johnson, was originally built for Robert Schuller's television ministry, and purchased by the Catholic Diocese of Orange in 2012. When renovations are completed in 2016, it will become Christ Cathedral, the diocese's new motherchurch. The grounds are open, and tours are conducted Monday through Saturday at 10AM and 1PM. Daily and Sunday Mass is celebrated in the Arboretum.

• 2 Perry's Pizza & Italian Restaurant, 6937 Chapman Ave, ☏ +1 714 898-7670. Perry's has become famous for it's delicious thick-crust, square shaped and sliced pizza, though they also serve thinner pizzas that are traditional round pies. Lunch-goers can grab pizza by the slice along with other good combos. They have great pasta, sandwiches (I recommend the hot roast beef and cheese), and hot wings. Event catering and phone order pick-up are available.
