Ceres Liner operates buses from Iloilo (2 hours), and Kalibo (1.5 hours); the related Ceres Transport has a daily trip from Manila via Caticlan and Batangas.

• 2GO Travel has a ferry from Roxas going to Batangas via Romblon island 3 times a week.
• You can get a ferry from Roxas to/from Mandaon port on Masbate Island. A van from Mandaon to Masbate city (58 km (36 mi)) cost ₱125. From Masbate city you can get a fast ferry/van to Legazpi City.
