Yancheng?[edit]
Current text includes "Settlement here stretches back to at least the Spring and Autumn period (770-426 BC) when Yancheng, a city surrounded by three concentric moats was established." Is that the same Yancheng for which we have stub article? The Yancheng shown on the map at East_China#Regions? Should Yancheng redirect here? Pashley (talk)
No, that's a actually a different Yancheng. The writer is referring to Yānchéng (淹城), whereas that other article is about Yánchéng (盐城). STW932 (talk) 11:47, 1 June 2018 (UTC)
