Page creation

The content on the 1st version of Dempster Highway came from my sandbox on Wikitravel. The last edit to that sandbox page was on 5 June 2009 and included content from the Dalton Highway page. While I had written a majority of the Dalton Highway, other authors may have edited the text (prior to the revision as of 08:57, 5 June 2009 by ChubbyWimbus)and therefore be credited. Additionally, content from the Dempster Highway Wikipedia page was simply copied & pasted to this page to give it some content (in "Understand"/"History").
