Merge into the Issyk Kul and the Tian Shan region
[edit]Since all sights and dos from Issyk Kul and the Tian Shan have been moved into the according villages, both region articles about Issyk Kul are now kind of overlapping.
I therefore propose, we move Issyk Kul into the actual region article and just transfer information and maybe highlight Issyk Kul a little.
