Upon a cursory look, the organization is poor. Many of the "Do" listings should be "See" listings. It would be better if the districts were headings instead of things like "Museums". For example, there are a variety of houses that make up the Ijinkan with different entrance fees. Just listing "Ijinkan" is lazy and much less helpful than actually listing what buildings are there that you can enter. I think a lot of other listings are likely missing, too. Ikuta Shrine is missing and it's a very well-known attraction, Mount Rokko and the sites located there should be listed and expanded upon, etc. I think this article needs quite a bit of work.
