Merge in regions

Although a very empty article in dire need of TLC, this article for some reason, is subdivided into 3 further regions. This doesn't seem to make a lot of practical sense, given the number of articles categorized beneath each region article:

• Anzoátegui – 2 articles
• Monagas – 0 articles (empty region)
• Sucre (Venezuela) – 5 articles

A region with 7 articles certainly does not need to be subdivided further and the layout of the current regions don't seem very useful for travelers.
