Districts

This is not a Wikivoyage:Huge city article template, such that there are so many listings we need to have separate district articles. In view of that, why is it useful to have an unexplained list of district names in a section? Is there a good reason not to delete the section? If the districts are of any importance to travelers, they could be included, along with descriptions of their locations, landmarks and character, in a subsection of "Understand". What is going on with the coordinates???
