Merge and redirect where?

The English-language name for Milano is Milan. Which one of the districts in Milan#Districts is Quadronno in? Of course, anyone including User:151.21.151.19 is free to propose a change in the districting structure of Milan on this site and try to attain a consensus behind their proposal, but we can't keep this unilaterally created district article which is also misnamed per English Wikivoyage style. Do you know how many district are in Milan/South ?? such as in the all the south area of Milano? is like to said South of New York... no possible to use really for a tourist...no sense... Irrespective of whether it is or is not copyvio, do you understand that Quadronno is not one of the districts listed in Milan#Districts, so there currently can't be an article for it on this site, and if you want to change the districting of Milan on this site, you need to make a proposal at Talk:Milan and seek to convince a consensus? All you did was crib this article from the Italian Wikivoyage without giving proper attribution, violating the license, meaning that this is a copyvio (since you've yet to give proper attribution), and if you read what Ikan Kekek mentioned, Quadronno is not one of the districts listed in Milan#Districts.
