I think we're going to need a disambig page for this. I can think of two other San Miguels-- the island and the town in central California... Is this San Miguel a well known place? (WT-en) Majnoona 11:30, 5 Apr 2005 (EDT)
- Currently, only Ecuador links to this article. Perhaps you can identify where the other articles should link from and then we can decide how to disambiguate them. - If I understand this correctly this is San Miguel de Cayapas, suggest moving the page to that name and adding more information on other San Miguel locations in Ecuador on the San Miguel page. --Traveler100 (talk) 05:31, 22 May 2017 (UTC)
