Services table
[edit]I've pasted this from see.
Main offers of services to travelers:
Locality Accommodation Organized campsite Meal Grocery/convenience store Essence Cellular network Sept-Îles Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Port-Cartier Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes Lac-Walker No No No No No No Rivière-Nipissis No No No No No No Uashat No No No No No Yes Maliotenam No No No No No Yes
Namely, there are a few problems with this:
- This certainly does not belong in "see". Please tell me how accommodation and cellular network is something to see.
- Tables are discouraged on Wikivoyage as they suck on mobile – I'm generally okay with tables on region articles, but this is a city article
- This is a city article, but everything in this article has what a region article needs, except the article status template.
If it is a region article, then I'll nominate this for deletion because it has no practical use for travellers. I repeat for the umpteenth time, travellers don't give a shit about municipalities – but the way it currently stands would be more suited to an encyclopedia article. The only useful travel content is already mentioned in Sept-Îles or Port-Cartier. --SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta) 11:37, 29 September 2022 (UTC)
- Sept-Îles or Port-Cartier are both listed in the North Shore (Quebec) article, so this sub-region serves no purpose. Ground Zero (talk) 16:21, 29 September 2022 (UTC)
- @Ground Zero: I've listed this at vfd. Do you reckon that Veillg1 might have started similar articles that might be in a similar boat? SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta) 08:40, 30 September 2022 (UTC)
