Bay Area?
[edit]Sure, Vallejo is North Bay, but isn't most of this area inland? Is Vacaville really in the Bay Area? I'm thinking we could change the lede to:
Solano County is partly in the North Bay, California and extends a ways inland. It is more rural than many other Bay Area counties, with a population of approximately 400,000.
