Custer County isn't Custer County

Comparing the maps at Montana and w:Custer County, it seems our Custer County covers seventeen counties, including Custer County. Nothing wrong with that, but reusing names can be very confusing and should be prominently explained at all levels involved. In this article the fact should be explicitly mentioned in the lead and explained in Understand. –LPfi (talk) 10:10, 27 February 2022 (UTC)
