Merging

I agree that this article is thin -- it appeared on a list of Wikipedia to be moved to Wikivoyage, but a fair bit of the content was not appropriate for Wikivoyage so I removed it.

Merging it to Surfing would be a bad idea -- that article is a list of about eight places where surfing is popular. Adding all of this in would destroy that article.

I also think it would be a bad idea to merge this to Indonesia as that article is already long and would be unduly weighted towards surfing over other activities.

This article is in the same vein as Winter sports in Austria, Winter sports in Australia, Long distance walking in Europe, Hiking in the Nordic countries, Hiking destinations in Norway, Tramping in New Zealand, Hiking in South Africa, and Hiking and backpacking in Israel. Some of these articles are better developed than Surfing in Indonesia is at this point, while a couple are less well developed. Ground Zero (talk) 01:18, 10 February 2017 (UTC)
