What does this template do? Ikan Kekek (talk) 05:05, 28 January 2014 (UTC)
- It was created solely to provide a (obvious touting) listing for the Squamish article.
- If we take a look at other articles, such as Beijing, then learn listings actually just use the standard listing template, and that seems to work fine.
- I'd suggest deleting this. Andrewssi2 (talk) 05:52, 28 January 2014 (UTC)
- I would agree. Ikan Kekek (talk) 05:59, 28 January 2014 (UTC)
- Note that if this template is used it will generate a correct listing since it redirects to {{listing}}, but it will break the listing editor since that code only supports the standard listing templates. The current workaround is to change any instances of {{learn}} to {{listing}}. -- Ryan • (talk) • 06:16, 3 May 2016 (UTC)
- That's a lousy workaround because it eliminates the semantic value of using the learn tag in the first place. Now we have a bunch of "Listings" and have no idea which ones are Learn or which ones are Go. Powers (talk) 14:15, 3 May 2016 (UTC)
