Glad to see that someone has finally attempted to clean up Central New York. We have good coverage to the west (as AndreCarrotflower and LtPowers have been herding Buffalo and building out Rochester and the Finger Lakes well) but the rest of the state (and +1-315 in particular) is an uneven mess of Oswego-sized gaps, partial coverage or outdated info. There was some discussion on Talk:Utica/Rome about whether there's enough for a pair of separate articles on Utica-Rome (and maybe Oriskany and Vernon) but none of those proposed venues were expanded into listings in the articles once they were split. Northern New York is just as incomplete. Thanks for fixing Utica. K7L (talk) 16:19, 9 September 2013 (UTC)

Thanks! I agree that Rome and Utica should be separate, I just haven't gotten around to doing much about Rome yet. Apocheir (talk) 01:48, 13 September 2013 (UTC)
I'm glad to see you back! I'd be delighted if you had anything to add to articles about places in the Utica area like Rome and Clinton. Ikan Kekek (talk) 22:35, 16 December 2018 (UTC)
I didn't go anywhere, I just edit sporadically now. I'm less familiar with Rome and Clinton, but I tried to fill in some gaps. Hope it helps. -Apocheir (talk) 00:14, 17 December 2018 (UTC)
Definitely helpful. Thanks! Ikan Kekek (talk) 00:23, 17 December 2018 (UTC)

Re: Mohawk[edit]

I'm not really an expert on the area but I would be fine with moving the article to Herkimer. Eco84 (talk) 11:37, 15 September 2013 (UTC)
