Welcome
[edit]Hello AriSaikhnaa! Welcome to Wikivoyage.
To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page.
If you are a Wikipedian, then you may notice some differences in policies and the style of our articles. These include:
- NPOV → be fair (not quite the same thing!)
- be bold → plunge forward
- Village pump → travellers' pub
- External links → We do not use a separate external links section, but incorporate primary links only into the text itself.
- sandbox → graffiti wall
- stub tagging → article status
It may also be very useful for you to check out Wikivoyage:Welcome, Wikipedians. If you need help, take a look at Wikivoyage:Help, or else post a message in the Wikivoyage:Travellers' pub, as a reply below or on my talk page. Thanks for contributing!
Please read what is an article. A lake in a park gets a listing in the park article - in this case, Altai Tavan Bogd National Park. Therefore, the article about Khoton Lake was deleted. If you all are more than one person, can you please explain this to your classmates or associates? Ikan Kekek (talk) 18:33, 2 August 2024 (UTC)
- Hello, I have deleted Tsengel Khairkhan Mountain as you have used AI to generate the article. While the use of AI is not expressly forbidden (nor is it necessarily a copyvio), you cannot just copy-paste the results of what it yields verbatim without checking if it's accurate or not. --SHB2000 (t | c | m) 22:46, 3 August 2024 (UTC)
