Hello, Goldenburg111! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub. If you are familiar with Wikipedia, take a look over some of the differences here. I'd like to join in welcoming you. One small point, though: We do not use unneeded capitalization for emphasis Like This. If you feel a passage needs to be greatly emphasized, you can bold it or put it in italics, but please don't use capital letters except for proper names and the first letter of the first word in each sentence. Thanks a lot. Ikan Kekek (talk) 03:27, 26 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Goldenburg111. From the edits you've made recently, it looks like you might be familiar with Wikipedia policies. While we welcome editors who've found their way here from Wikipedia, it bears emphasizing that there are certain differences between our policies and theirs. You may want to have a look at Wikivoyage:Welcome, Wikipedians for an overview of some of the major ones.

Also, Wikivoyage:Be fair might be of interest as well, as it covers some of the issues you've specifically cited in edit summaries (i.e. the fact that NPOV is explicitly not a Wikivoyage policy, and, regarding this edit, the fact that being fair sometimes means "calling a spade a spade").

All the best.
