Sorry, but you can't create a non-article in articlespace (that is, as a regular place name) and redirect it to your user page. You can create subpages of your user page, though. Ikan Kekek (talk) 00:35, 30 September 2018 (UTC)

Also, for the record, I can't delete pages. Therefore, Ikan Kekek, when I moved the page to userspace I created two redirects/pages that need to be deleted.
