Please have a look at Wikivoyage:Consensus, too. Unilateral changes to Wikivoyage's regional structure are not permitted here. Instead, please make a proposal at Talk:Italy and try to persuade a consensus to support it. Expect the discussion to take a week or so, but it could take much longer or conceivably (though doubtfully) a bit shorter.
