Baudette is a small city in Northwestern Minnesota, on Rainy River south of the Lake of the Woods. It is a county seat of Lake of the Woods County and is known as the Walleye Capital of the World.

Baudette is a US/Canada Port of Entry. The Baudette port is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.[1]

Baudette is the eastern portion of MOM's Way (MOM is an acronym for Manitoba, Ontario, and Minnesota), an alternate route that connects Winnipeg and Thunder Bay through northern Minnesota.
