Central Himachal Pradesh not mentioning cannabis at all[edit]

Swept in from the pub

Beside the tiny "weed" from my side, there is no mentioning whatsoever about this place being the canabis capital of India. Kullu, Manali, Malana, Parvati Valley ... all superfamous for harvesting, trading and smoking weed, which is why lot of tourists (incl Indians) come here. It is also on the popular route for Israelis after their military service. You leave the bus here and immediately smell it everywhere.

Also, with no word mentioned under https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parvati_Valley#Disappearances ... yeah, maybe they were on a trip, did you consider this?!?!

This looks like proper cencorship to me. It can still be mentioned, can't it?

So, I didn't want to plunge forward, and invest my time without you being on bord with this. So, Kullu is the trading hub, Manali many tourists stop here for that reason, Parvati Valley is the center of the harvest, and Malana supposedly having one of the best hashish. I would also create a subchapter under Understand to make clear the legal situation (illegal) and no endirsment whatsoever, and mention that police regularly checks vehicles from other states leaving the region. However, it will definitely make some people to come here for that very reason and I see no reason why they shouldn't.

About the disappearances: The article you linked indicates one lost hiker per year, which does not sound all that unusual for a dangerous area (e.g., twisty mountain roads with no guardrails). By contrast, the mountains in Huashan National Park allegedly had more than one death per week, and nobody thought that was mysterious. WhatamIdoing (talk) 16:10, 3 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
But sure, mention cannabis as you plan to. Ikan Kekek (talk) 18:58, 3 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
