Copyscape[edit]

I put a version of this page (before my recent edits) through Copyscape and it looked like it was all completely original. I wanted to check that. --Comment by Selfie City (talk | contributions) 13:52, 4 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Status[edit]

Has this article reached usable status? (opinion requested) --Comment by Selfie City (talk | contributions) 20:14, 8 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

OK. I will work on that if/when I have time. --Comment by Selfie City (talk | contributions) 23:10, 8 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Ground Zero: Anything else? Would you agree that it is at usable status? --Comment by Selfie City (talk | contributions) 19:34, 31 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Very much so. Great work! Ground Zero (talk) 21:36, 31 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
The template has been moved to usable status. My goal is to eventually make this article a guide article and go for DOTM or OTBP, but it's got a little way to go yet. Any ideas you have for expansion (like things that should be made clear in the article) would be appreciated. --Comment by Selfie City (talk | contributions) 22:11, 31 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Ground Zero: Anything more that could be added? --Comment by Selfie City (talk | contributions) 14:20, 11 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I haven't looked into what a park article requires for guide status, so I can't help you there. I do notice that the Drink section says "The Diablo Range has an important wine-growing region around Livermore". Are there any wineries that could added? Or are they in another article? The article looks great, by the way. Really useful stuff. Ground Zero (talk) 15:51, 11 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. I think it's worth mentioning the fact that wineries exist, but because they're in the valley and the foothills, I don't think they should be mentioned in this article. I'll provide a link, though. --Comment by Selfie City (talk | contributions) 21:19, 11 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Ground Zero: A note about its park status: the Diablo Range is not actually a park. However, I thought that the "park" categorization would be the best way to develop the article (extraregions can't be developed in this way). --Comment by Selfie City (talk | contributions) 21:51, 11 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
That's a good solution. No need to repeat the info here if it's in another article that can be linked. Ground Zero (talk) 05:33, 12 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

California condors[edit]

I wasn't quite sure that I had the name right, so I checked the Pinnacles National Park article and my mind wasn't tricking me. They are called "California condors". --Comment by Selfie City (talk | contributions) 17:36, 1 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

California Route 25[edit]

I just wrote the edit summary, "that inspired me to add more information about the location of these places; my memory is a little hazy when it comes to CA Route 25, but I vaguely remember being on that road, and I'm pretty sure it's near the Pinnacles — my geography is better than my memory" because I was not too sure on the location of Route 25. I have checked on the dynamic map (OpenStreetMap) attached to this article, and yes, it is Route 25 that goes near the Pinnacles. --Comment by Selfie City (talk | contributions) 18:04, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Route 130 picture[edit]

At w:California State Route 130, I found this picture of the road:

I'm saving it in case I have room to add it. I might not remember to do so, however. --Comment by Selfie City (talk | contributions) 17:43, 15 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

DOTM nomination[edit]

I'm planning to nominate this article for dotm (I've been working on it for some time). I checked User:SelfieCity and I don't see any notes on that page about things I should do to this article. --Comment by Selfie City (talk | contributions) 22:49, 25 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
