Need for this article?
[edit]The Binghamton article might in fact benefit from being subdivided. It looks like an article for Johnson City (New York) was just created. [Edit: No, that was just an edit to the name of the redirect to the Binghamton article.] Will articles for Vestal and other towns in Greater Binghamton also be created? How many listings apiece would be in each article? Ikan Kekek (talk) 19:44, 20 February 2022 (UTC)
- There are 160,000 people in the Binghamton metro area. That's is a very small area to subdivide. As there is not much in the Endicott article, it might be more useful to keep all of Binghamton Metro together in one article.
- Furthermore, the Endicott attire lists nothing to see or do, nowhere to eat or drink, and one place to sleep that is not in Endicott, but is already listed in the Binghamton article.
- This article exists to list two post offices. Ground Zero (talk) 12:52, 5 June 2023 (UTC)

- @Ikan Kekek, Ground Zero: Given the lack of any further comments, shall we proceed with the merger? --SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta) 00:58, 5 April 2024 (UTC)
- I'd say go ahead but actually add all useful information in this article to the Binghamton article. Ikan Kekek (talk) 03:10, 5 April 2024 (UTC)
- Done. --SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta) 03:19, 5 April 2024 (UTC)
