Should this be listed?

I'm not certain. Locally I guess this might be a notable sight, though practically I don't think it adds much to the article. Looking on Google Maps, I can see that the picture in the Wikipedia article is about all there is to see on that street, with its surrounding being as generic as the rest of the city. They're not public buildings either, and the companies on the ground floor don't seem to be ones that would be interesting for travellers to visit (recruitment agencies and the like), so I am not at all sure of what the use of this listing would be for the traveller. There are some restaurants nearby that could be listed in a paragraph "near the Zilverpark".
The project as a whole might be coordinated by West8, a well-renowned company within its business, but I hadn't heard of this project before. If you're convinced this is additive, then go for it. I personally would only list this if the article were focussed on architecture, in which case this would be a better fit in Postmodern architecture in the Netherlands if that ever does get created. There it would fit in snugly with listings such as the Kruisplein (Rotterdam), Zuidas (Amsterdam) or Turfmarkt and Muzenplein (The Hague).

I think it's in the nature of a place that was seafloor well into the lifetime of our grandparents to be a bit stingy with "see" listings, which imho puts the preponderance somewhat towards "include"... But then I am no architecture nerd... Hobbitschuster (talk) 09:54, 16 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
