The current banner of Alert Bay is nice, but it does not characterize the area's wet and moody landscape. I've proposed two alternatives, though I do understand that Cape Scott PP is not fully representative of the entire North Vancouver Island. --SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta) 08:13, 22 March 2024 (UTC)

- The thing is, 0 is probably the nicest of the photographs. If it's necessary to change per ttcf, I prefer 1 to 2, but 0 is much more colorful than both. Ikan Kekek (talk) 15:39, 23 March 2024 (UTC)
- #0 is the most colourful, but it could be a lot of places. #1 shows some of the dense forest, which was famously painted by early 20th-century artist w:Emily Carr, but #2 I think is the most evocative and is the most different from other banners. Ground Zero (talk) 21:58, 23 March 2024 (UTC)
