It seems that this is the name used by SA Parks and Wildlife Services which broadens the scope to covering the regional reserve and the national park on top of just the wilderness area, but I don't know this area well enough to comment whether it's beneficial or not. - Never been to anywhere near the area, but I'd say keep the title simple, and explain further details within the article: how about Nullarbor National Park or even just Nullarbor (both currently redirects, to different articles)? Vidimian (talk) 11:33, 24 February 2022 (UTC)
- The issue with Nullarbor NP (which I didn't realise earlier when I created the article) is that it only covers a tiny strip between the wilderness protection area and regional reserve, and Nullarbor covers a much greater scope the park that goes beyond where its northern endpoint has no defined spot. - How would a traveller heading for the area feel? For example, while setting off, would they share their excitement by saying "I'm off to Nullarbor National Park, Wilderness Protection Area and Regional Reserve!" or just "I'm off to Nullarbor!"? Would (or even should) they know the limits between the areas of different protection specifications / levels, and would those borders have any effects on their travel? I understand your concern about inclusiveness, so maybe a general naming such as Nullarbor Protected Area is best. - I love simple titles, so Nullarbor is great, but the w:Nullarbor Plain covers a much larger area. Protected areas of the Nullarbor might be the best solution. Ground Zero (talk) 12:19, 24 February 2022 (UTC)
