IMO, Uppsala municipality is large enough to merit one article for the city proper, and the outskirts, at least for practical reasons. While a one-day visitor who comes to Uppsala by train is unlikely to get out to the countryside, it is interesting for a road trip around Sweden. The Uppsala countryside contains plenty of venues, as well as several hotels; a hotel is the absolute minimum criterion for an article. /Yvwv (talk) 13:15, 17 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The important question is not whether the Uppsala countryside has enough content for an article, but rather whether Uppsala has too much content to be contained in one single article. I don't believe that this is the case. Further, most of the information in this article is just duplication of information which can be found in the main Uppsala article. One option would be to remove relevant duplicated information (e.g. Linnés Hammarby) from the main Uppsala article but I strongly oppose this. The most likely result would be that many travelers going to Uppsala would just read the main article and miss out on a lot of relevant information. And if the information is not relevant enough to make it into the main Uppsala article we could probably do without it. MartinJacobson (talk) 16:37, 17 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
There is much to write about each venue and settlement. The text is not written yet. /Yvwv (talk) 16:31, 18 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Sure, but if that content is relevant and useful, isn't it then better that it is presented in the main Uppsala article where it is more likely to reach readers? MartinJacobson (talk) 18:07, 18 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
