Pointless reversion[edit]

This article was deleted for copyright violation. See User talk:AYAO32269, and ping User:AYAO32269: Read your user talk page and make sure to read the links you've been given and follow my directions when you restart an article about Xinyang from the beginning. You must credit your sources in edit summaries, and you must not quote passages from copyright, all rights reserved sites, but copy-pasting including useless footnote numbers is really bad.
