Simplification

I'm getting lost in the "not"s and "please note"s here. I think it would be clearer to just make declarative statements and eliminate the disclaimers. So, for example, I would substitute this:

Note that Pudu Sentral has ceased to be a major bus hub since a refurbishment exercise several years ago; express buses have been relocated to the Bandar Tasik Selatan railway station, some distance away from downtown Kuala Lumpur, and only a handful of bus routes actually stop at Pudu Sentral now.

with this:

Only a handful of bus routes stop at Pudu Sentral; express buses can be accessed at the Bandar Tasik Selatan railway station.
