I reverted your edit to Mindoro. Policy here is that listings go in city or lower-level region articles, not at province level. Really major sites might be mentioned at higher levels -- e.g. the Lapu-Lapu statue is mentioned in both Cebu Province & Metro Cebu -- but even then the listing with the details is in Lapu-Lapu.
