Pittsburgh district renaming

Roydale12, it doesn't look like you made any proposal at Talk:Pittsburgh. Major steps like renaming districts aren't supposed to be taken unilaterally, and without notice, at that. Please look at the existing threads on districts on that talk page, make a clear statement, and be prepared for the possibility of being reverted. Ikan Kekek (talk) 08:39, 10 November 2019 (UTC)
