Merge proposal

Accordingly, I've moved the article to Deuel County. There may be some POIs in Chappell that can be moved here, but I can't see from the dynamic map markers at Nebraska Panhandle that there are any articles of places within this county, now that Big Springs redirects here. --Comment by Selfie City (talk | contributions) 19:24, 16 October 2021 (UTC)
