Suggested new alternative banner

I have previously created an alternative banner for this article (which was initially created for the parallel article at the Hebrew Wikivoyage, but I decided to suggest we'll use it here at the English Wikivoyage article as well). Merge

Most of the listings for this county are in the county article, two of the four village articles have no content, and the other two have very little content. I think it would be more useful for travellers to gather all of the information about this couht into one article, i.e., merge the four villages into this article. Comments? I know this issue has been resolved three years ago, but I managed to expand and rebuild the Sturgeon Bay article as a draft if anyone wants to check it out. While I hope this could possibly restore the Sturgeon Bay article, I'm also ok if you guys decide not to unmerge the city from the county considering that it is a city in a much bigger region after all.
