Unsafe?

Central Asia#Countries mentions "the admittedly fascinating but unsafe Ferghana Valley". Such a phrase prompts some discussion on safety in this article. –LPfi (talk) 19:49, 23 May 2023 (UTC)

It also doesn't talk about the Ferghana Valley. One can of course interpret "near Tajikistan" and "southwest of Osh" to include most of south-western Ferghana Valley, but still, half of the Ferghana Valley of Kyrgyzstan seems safe according to that.
