Redirect. I do not see anything that really needs merging, so avoid the copyvio problem by not merging. Do you volunteer to do that if a consensus develops for a redirect? I should say, a much easier solution would be to delete and then create a new, completely clean "Melilla airport" redirect - if you really think we need one.
