Wv:wiaa, in its list of "What does not get its own article?" specifically lists "Uninhabited islands". As Severnaya Zemlya is uninhabited and this article had no information about how to visit, is there any objection to merging this into Krasnoyarsk Krai? - Nope. Similar reason to why I redirected Houtman Abrolhos earlier this year. SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta.wikimedia) 03:59, 27 November 2021 (UTC)
- I'd caution that there could be exceptions justifying the existence of articles about uninhabited ghost towns, for example. However, this would not appear to be one of them, so I'd support redirection. Ikan Kekek (talk) 05:13, 27 November 2021 (UTC)
- Under next-to-impossible destinations, we find several articles on islands with no inhabitants (except military or scientific staff), and no organized hospitality. Among them are South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, Bouvet Island, or Bear Island. We could make a subjective guideline that there has to be some interesting and verifiable information for a potential visitor to those islands. /Yvwv (talk) 21:10, 27 November 2021 (UTC)
