Specific page for the Dutch Republic (Netherlands)[edit]

I've been looking at this page for a while, and based on the little things about the Thirty Years' (or rather Eighty Years') War in the Netherlands listed, I worked out my notes from History classes into a draft, following the general line of this article. Here's the question: What do we do with it? Would we like it to be implemented here as well as other related articles, or does it deserve its own page?

Small note, I've removed the information about the Thirty Years' War in the Netherlands as it was false. The Golden age it referred to didn't start until after the war.

The scope could possibly be expanded to include the Dutch Golden Age, with destinations for Dutch art and maritime history. /Yvwv (talk) 00:31, 2 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
If I understand this correctly, the Dutch golden age happened after the war (in part as a consequence of it), so it should not be merged into this article willy-nilly. Maybe after all, there is not enough travel related stuff to fill this article after all Hobbitschuster (talk) 00:58, 2 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
