I haven't been to this Tasmanian town before, but according to w:Penguin, Tasmania, "The town was named by the botanist Ronald Campbell Gunn for the little penguin rookeries that are common along the less populated areas of the coast." If it's true that you may see adorable blue fairy penguins roaming around just out of town, should it be added? --SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta) 13:04, 25 September 2022 (UTC)
- I don't know about that town specifically, but it's certainly possible to see penguins in parts of Tasmania. I've added this to the article. —Granger (talk · contribs) 11:09, 26 September 2022 (UTC)
