Just changed to "Soft Drink" from "Drink" - should be clearer. If I am wrong and this is alcoholic drink then please change.(WT-en) Hkpatv 23:50, 6 November 2006 (EST)

That's fine. (WT-en) Jpatokal 23:57, 6 November 2006 (EST)

what is typical meal?

[edit]

I initiated a discussion in Wikivoyage_talk:Restaurant_listings#price_ranges on how we define "price range", and what we should consider a typical meal. Please comment there. --(WT-en) DenisYurkin 17:22, 20 October 2007 (EDT)

Further discussion moved there.

Change "guide" to "page"

[edit]

I propose changing "guide" to "page" here and at Template:Sleeppricerange. When I see "This guide", my first thought is that it is referring to WV as a whole. Nurg (talk) 23:50, 28 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

A question about the eatpricerange-template

[edit]
Moved from Wikivoyage:Requests for comment

On a page I am editing and updating, the eatpricerange-template looks like this:

This page uses the following price ranges for a typical meal for one, including soft drink:
Budgetup to kr 100
Mid-rangekr 100-300
Splurgekr 300 and up

Can I change the price-intervals as I see fit, or are there general rules for this? If so, I will request an update of the price ranges as a consequence of the ongoing inflation which has affected food items in particular.

I hope this is the right place to post this question & request. RhinoMind (talk) 01:54, 9 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Yes, do change them as you think is appropriate. You can check the {{eatpricerange}} documentation, but there is nothing surprising there. (The template talk page would be the right place to ask, with a link from here if you think there aren't people watching it. I'll move this there some time after that the discussion has ended.) –LPfi (talk) 07:28, 9 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
